During a workout, you don't just lose water… You also lose sodium, potassium, magnesium, and other vital electrolytes your body needs to function at its best. If you only drink water during intense sessions, you could be at risk of incomplete dehydration or even cramps. 😓

Electrolytes are key when you train for more than 60 minutes, in extreme heat, or when you sweat a lot. They provide balance and prevent premature fatigue. You can consume them in sports drinks, soluble tablets, or natural sources like coconut water. 🥥

👉 Use water during light workouts.
👉 Use electrolytes during long or intense workouts.
